The Studio @ Explore What’s Next is an all-inclusive space designed to encourage people on their journey to wellness. Instructional and interactive classes are offered to teach people of all ages about the importance of self-care. All instruction is backed by extensive scientific research and evidence, and every instructor comes highly qualified. The Studio @ Explore What’s Next offers a nurturing approach to wellness while helping their clients enhance both their bodies and their minds to become a healthier version of their true selves.

Meet Jennifer Whetham, ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Jennifer is an excellent personal coach and trainer. Strength and functional movement training have proven to extend the quality and years of life.  Benefits include physical strength, mental resilience and better ability to handle stress with a more even keel. Jennifer has all the best qualifications, education, knowledge, and credentials. Through training with Jenn, you will become more confident and energetic. Jennifer has a sixth sense for knowing when to push you and when to lighten up. While she is sensitive and gentle, she will still challenge you.
